The conditions for playing Kalot and using its online features.
These Terms of Service apply to Kalot and its related online game features, provided by Zen Luv AI Inc, operating as Zen Luv AI Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using Kalot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the game. These terms do not replace any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Kalot is not directed to children under 13. You must meet the minimum age requirements that apply to you and to any platform account you use. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms with you.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and play Kalot for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and your app store’s rules. The game, artwork, audio, code, and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may not sell or redistribute the game or its assets without permission, except where applicable law allows it.
Play fairly. Do not submit fabricated scores, use cheats or automation to manipulate rankings, interfere with game services, bypass security, or access another player’s data without permission. Player names must not impersonate others, disclose someone else’s personal information, or contain unlawful, hateful, threatening, or abusive content.
We may remove invalid scores or inappropriate names and restrict online access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect players, or comply with law. Contact support if you believe an action was taken in error.
Game progress and settings may be stored on your device. Uninstalling the game, clearing app data, changing devices, or technical failures can result in lost progress. Online leaderboards require a working internet connection and may also require a platform account.
Depending on your game version and device, leaderboard features may use Firebase, Google Play Games Services, or Apple Game Center. Scores and player names submitted to a leaderboard may be visible to other players. Rankings can differ between services. We do not promise that scores, rankings, or progress will transfer between devices, accounts, services, or game versions, or that historical leaderboard entries will be retained indefinitely.
Kalot may display advertising and offer optional rewarded ads. The game explains the reward before you choose to watch. A reward is granted when the ad service reports successful completion of the required ad action. Ad availability and completion can be affected by your connection, device, region, or the ad provider.
In-game lives, points, and rewards are gameplay features with no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for money. If an ad finishes but a reward is missing, contact support with the approximate time and device platform.
Our Privacy Policy explains how game and service data are handled and how to contact us about privacy. It is separate from these terms; agreeing to these terms does not replace any consent required for ads or tracking.
Your app store, platform account, and third-party services are also subject to their providers’ applicable terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party service availability or third-party advertising content.
We may update Kalot, change gameplay or online features, or discontinue a feature for technical, operational, or legal reasons. We will provide notice of material service changes where reasonably practicable and as required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or permanent availability of any online feature.
You may stop using Kalot at any time. Uninstalling the game does not necessarily delete records held by online services; see the Privacy Policy for deletion requests.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kalot is provided “as is” and “as available”, without additional warranties about uninterrupted availability, compatibility, or preservation of progress. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from your use of the game.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including your mandatory consumer rights. Any restriction above applies only to the extent permitted where you live.
We may update these terms when the game, its services, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised terms here with a new effective date and provide additional notice or request agreement where required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that already arose under applicable law. If you do not agree to revised terms, you can stop using the game.
