Privacy policy

1. Information stored on your device

The game saves progress, high scores, earned Credits, unlocked workers, equipment, facility upgrades and preferences such as sound and screen layout. This information lets you continue playing and keep your settings. The game does not send these saves to Zen Luv AI Studio.

Han-I Sorting does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, camera or microphone access to play. It does not collect advertising identifiers or track you across other apps or websites.

2. Information you choose to send us

If you email support, we receive your email address and the message, attachments and device or app details you choose to include. We use them to respond, investigate a problem and handle your request. Please do not send passwords, payment details or information you do not want to share.

3. App stores and device services

Apple, Google and your device operating system may separately process download, store transaction, diagnostic or backup information under their own privacy policies and your settings. We may receive the reports those platforms make available to developers, such as download statistics or crash diagnostics. Device backups may include local game saves; Han-I Sorting does not operate its own cloud backup service.

4. Visits to these pages

When you visit the Han-I Sorting website, hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address, requested page, browser information and request time to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose problems. These Han-I Sorting pages do not add advertising scripts, analytics scripts or tracking cookies.

Email and website hosting providers process information as needed to deliver those services. This policy covers Han-I Sorting and its pages; other studio games and services have their own data practices.

5. Sharing and security

We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. Support information may be handled by service providers that deliver email or technical support, or disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service. We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or communication method is completely secure.

6. Retention and your choices

Local game progress remains on your device until you reset or remove it. To reset it, open the game’s Settings, choose Clear Game Data, then confirm Clear All Data. This resets progress and preferences to their starting values. You can also remove app data through your device’s available controls. Backup copies are managed separately through your device or cloud-backup settings.

We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to address your request, maintain relevant support records or meet legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of information you sent us, email the contact below. We may need to verify that the request relates to you. We cannot retrieve or remotely delete local saves that are only on your device.

7. Children’s privacy

The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents and guardians should avoid including a child’s personal details in support messages. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

8. Changes to this policy

If the game’s data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date. Any additional notice or consent required for new data practices will be provided before those practices take effect.
